All Artt Labs products purchased new from Artt or an authorized Artt dealer can enjoy the warranty.
- Within 7 days from the date of receipt, returns & refund is a guarantee provided by Artt.
- If item not as described or you are not satisfied, buyer pays return shipping.
- The product is guaranteed for 1 year.
- Due to improper use, man-made damage, disassemble, damaged label, do not enjoy the warranty.
The warranty is only valid for grand china region.
